Ms. McElroy is detail-oriented and experienced with planning, developing, and implementing administrative programs that work to align company goals that result in long-term stability and growth. At the firm, she will help her colleagues prepare for cases and trials as well as conduct legal research and gather information relevant to the present cases.

Ms. McElroy has experience as a litigation paralegal in general civil and criminal courts. Her areas of expertise are in municipal law in both civil and criminal courts including code enforcement, nuisance abatement, cost recovery, receiverships, misdemeanor criminal law, discovery, criminal hearing preparation, civil and criminal motion document drafting, and multiple other aspects of both general civil and criminal litigation.
