Henry Negrete, Chief Operating Officer

• B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University

Henry Negrete brings over twenty years of finance and operations experience to our firm and is constantly looking for ways to improve how people, processes and systems can integrate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s operations.

Prior to joining Civica Law, Henry held executive finance and operations positions in both public and privately held companies. These roles included managing teams around the world including the US, India, South America, and the Philippines, with responsibilities for client onboarding, sales operations, consumer relations, software development & engineering, operations, HR, legal, finance, and accounting.

Previously, He was vice president and COO, where he grew the organization from 50 to over 500 team members while the company made the Inc 5000 list each year during his tenure.

Mr. Negrete has worked in a variety of industries including legal technology, big data and analytics, multifamily real estate, outsourced and managed services, technology, energy and utilities, life sciences and medical devices.

Most recently, Henry was a partner in a management consulting firm that supports clients with the design, delivery, and improvement of their products & services, sales & marketing plans, financial performance, and operations management. He is also well versed at assisting clients in defining growth strategies, M&A and fundraising.
