David's legal experience encompasses drafting trial briefs, complaints, and motions in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases, as well as preparing and responding to discovery motions. He has conducted in-depth research on critical legal issues, including attorney-client privilege and evidentiary matters, and has assisted clients facing felony charges through the drafting of motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
In addition to his legal research and writing skills, David has experience conducting client interviews, preparing witness testimonies, and interpreting for Korean-speaking clients. His commitment to serving low-income communities is evident through his work on family law and domestic violence cases in the D.C. area.
